Salon software either came free with commissions attached, arrived as a re-skinned generic ERP that never understood a walk-in rush, or cost enterprise money. Meanwhile real salons were losing money in the same three places every month: cash leaking at the counter, clients quietly drifting away, and payday arguments computed from notebooks.
So we built the system around those three leaks. An anti-theft POS where every action carries a name and a timestamp. Everything else a salon runs on, from inventory to multi-branch dashboards, grew around that core.
