This Privacy Policy explains how VantaReach Technologies LLC ("we", "us") handles information for Your Salon ERP (the "Service") at salons.vantareach.tech and salonerp.vantareach.tech.

1. Information we collect

Account & enquiry details you give us, name, salon name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and any message you send (via the contact, demo, trial or order forms).
Business data you enter into the ERP, e.g. your clients, staff, sales, appointments and inventory. This is your data; we process it to provide the Service.
Payment proof you upload for bank-transfer orders (transaction ID and screenshot).
Usage & device data, basic technical logs and, if you consent, advertising/analytics cookies (e.g. the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads.

2. How we use it

To set up, run, support and improve your account and the Service.
To contact you about your enquiry, demo, trial, order or support request (by WhatsApp, email or phone).
To process payments and keep records required by law.
To measure and improve our advertising (only with your consent where required).

3. Your business data & the AI features

Your salon's data belongs to you. Our AI retention features analyse your own clients' visit patterns to suggest or send follow-up messages on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your clients' data with other salons.

4. Storage, backups & security

The Service is cloud-hosted. We take regular nightly backups and apply access controls and ongoing security hardening. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but you can export your data at any time (see below).

5. Export & deletion

You can export your data at any time (Excel/CSV). On written request to salon@vantareach.tech we will delete your account data, subject to records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, messaging, payment), and where required by law. We never sell personal data.

7. Cookies & advertising

We may use cookies/pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand ad performance. Where the law requires consent (e.g. EU/UK), these load only after you accept.
