Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Your Salon ERP (the "Service") provided by VantaReach Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Your Salon ERP is a cloud-based salon management system (POS, CRM, payroll, inventory, reporting, multi-branch management and AI/WhatsApp client-retention tools). Features vary by plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep them confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Plans, billing & the 30-day offer

Pricing is shown on the site in your local currency. Subscriptions renew per the cycle you choose (monthly, yearly or lifetime).
For our onboarding offer, setup, data migration and staff training are provided up front, and you pay only after 30 days if you choose to continue. Setup/onboarding fees, where stated, are non-refundable once delivered.
Bank-transfer orders are activated after we verify payment.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into the Service. You can export it at any time. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including obtaining any consents needed to message your own clients.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to break its security, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages. You must comply with the messaging rules of any channel you use (e.g. WhatsApp).

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and take nightly backups, but we provide it "as is" and do not promise uninterrupted, error-free service. Planned maintenance may occur.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
