Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds and renewals for Your Salon ERP (the "Service"), provided by VantaReach Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. The 30-day onboarding offer
For our risk-reversal onboarding offer, we provide free setup, data migration and staff training up front, and you run your salon on the Service for 30 days before paying. If you decide it is not the right fit within that window, you simply do not continue, there is nothing to refund because you have not yet been charged the subscription.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid month remains active until the end of its period.
- Part-used months are generally non-refundable, as the Service was available to you for that period.
3. Yearly subscriptions
Yearly plans are billed for 12 months at a discount. If you cancel mid-term, your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew. Where required by your local consumer law, a pro-rata refund of the unused, unstarted portion may be available, contact us and we will apply whatever the law requires.
4. Lifetime plans
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments. Because they are heavily discounted and provisioned immediately, they are non-refundable after activation, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the Service was never delivered.
5. Setup, migration & training fees
Where a setup, data-migration or training fee is separately stated and the work has been delivered, that fee is non-refundable, as it reflects time and labour already spent on your account.
6. Duplicate, failed or incorrect charges
If you are charged twice, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will refund the genuine error in full. Bank-transfer overpayments are refunded to the original account once verified.
7. How to cancel or request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp (+92 329 600 6969) or email salon@vantareach.tech with your salon name and account email. We action cancellations promptly and review eligible refunds within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or bank account.
8. Your data on cancellation
You can export your data at any time (Excel/CSV), including before and for a reasonable period after cancellation. See our Privacy Policy for storage, retention and deletion.
